Pancakes are very popular on Shrovetide just for breakfast or as a dessert. There are many different recipes, and everyone can find their own. Here is one of the unusual recipes for pancakes, called legendary. It was first prepared back in 1964 in one of the capital's restaurants near the Oktyabrskaya metro station. This recipe got its name for a reason, long queues lined up to try pancakes with delicious filling.
It is necessary
- - 200 ml of milk 3, 2%;
- - 10 sugar;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 10 g of vegetable oil;
- - 50 g flour;
- - 50 g non-fat cream;
- - 60 milk chocolate;
- - 20 g of black raisins;
- - 20 g of hazelnuts;
- - 5 g of coconut flakes.
Instructions
Step 1
This recipe is for one serving. It is supposed to serve two roll pancakes with filling. In a deep cup, beat the milk and sugar with a whisk or mixer. Then add the egg. Add the sifted flour in small portions and stir continuously. Slightly dilute the resulting dough with boiled cold water, about 20 ml and mix.
Step 2
It is best to use a large, wide non-stick pan with a thick bottom for frying, or a cast iron pan with a thick bottom. Thanks to good heating in a heavy-bottomed pan, pancakes are more uniform. Grease a skillet with oil and pour out the dough. The pancake should be dense. After frying for a couple of minutes on one side, turn over. The finished pancakes should cool well.
Step 3
While the pancakes are cooling, prepare the filling. Heat the cream in a small saucepan and add the chocolate. It is best to grate it before doing this. Stir the cream and chocolate constantly until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add washed and dried raisins. Fry the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan and chop, add to the filling. Mix everything well. When the pancakes and filling have cooled down, place the filling on one edge of the pancake and roll up into a tube, place on a wide, flat plate. Lightly garnish with chocolate and coconut before serving.
