Pancakes are one of the most popular dishes in Russian cuisine. They are baked from wheat, barley, oatmeal, buckwheat flour and their various combinations in different proportions. - 300 grams of wheat flour;
- 7 grams of dry fast-acting yeast;
- 1 ripe banana;

Heat the milk to 35-40 degrees.

Add sugar to milk and stir.

Dissolve yeast in milk.

Sift the flour through a sieve.

Mash the banana with a blender.

Add banana, butter, remaining milk and salt.

Beat the dough until smooth.

Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place to infuse for 1, 5-2 hours.

Place half an onion on a fork and lightly fry the cut.
