Dessert of semolina with strawberries based on coconut milk and vanilla will delight all home and guests. It will take some time to prepare the dessert. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.
It is necessary
- - semolina - 75 g;
- - sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - coconut milk - 250 ml;
- - vanilla sugar - 20 g;
- - strawberries - 200 g;
- - butter - 1 tsp;
- - almonds (petals) - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - pistachios (unsalted) - 2 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Powder the sugar with a coffee grinder.
Step 2
Rinse the strawberries, remove the stalks. Cut each berry lengthwise into two parts. Place the halves on a large plate and cover with the powdered sugar evenly. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a frying pan, fry the semolina for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Grind the pistachios to a coarse state.
Step 5
Put coconut milk on fire, add vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Slowly, in a thin stream, pour semolina into the milk, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Boil the mixture until thick. Then add the ground pistachios. When the mixture becomes very viscous, remove from heat and chill slightly.
Step 6
Put some berries with powdered sugar in the bowls. Top with a mixture of semolina and nuts, then again some berries and again semolina mixture. Garnish with fresh berries, almond petals and mint leaves. Refrigerate the dish for 12 hours. Bon Appetit.
