Instructions
Step 1
Pour the fish fillet with hot water and cook, when the fillet boils, pour in the lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the water, finely chop the fish fillet.
Step 2
Dip the tomato in boiling water for 30 seconds, then peel it. Grind the pulp in a blender. Finely chop the parsley.
Step 3
Whip the cream and eggs, then stir in the tomato puree and parsley. Salt and combine with fish.
Step 4
Grease small molds with any fat or oil and spread the prepared mass in them. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Place in the oven for 15 minutes and bake at 180 degrees.
