Potato dishes are loved by many. Often, housewives prepare a casserole with minced meat from it. Or you can make unusual mini-casseroles with mushrooms, chicken and cheese, making the taste of a familiar dish more spicy.

  • potatoes - 4 pieces
  • butter - 50 g
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • chicken meat - 200 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • cream 20% - 50 ml
  • greens
  • pickled mushrooms - 100 g
  • salt

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the potatoes and boil. Mash it up with a fork. Add butter and one egg to the potatoes, salt. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Boil the chicken. Better to use the breast. Chop the finished chicken finely. Add mushrooms, cream, chopped herbs to it.

Step 3

Grate the cheese. Take a dish for this, for example, parmesan. Another variety can be used. Add the egg and salt to the cheese. Mix everything.

Step 4

Take the muffin tins. Place mashed potatoes in them - one tablespoon in each. Distribute it by pressing against the edges.

Step 5

Spread the chicken meat on top in the molds. Tamp it down a lot. Place the egg and cheese mixture on top of the chicken.

Step 6

Place the molds in the oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. After removing the casseroles from the oven, turn them over and place the casseroles on a plate.
