The very first vegetable that ripens in the beds and reminds of the imminent approach of summer is radish. If grown correctly, then the radish should not taste bitter. Delicious, healthy and light salads are made from it. Greens will be an obligatory ingredient. It should be abundant in the dish.

Step 1
It is best to use non-bitter radishes for the salad, otherwise the bitterness will spoil the taste of the dish. Rinse the radish, cut off the "tails", cut into four parts and chop into thin slices.

Cut the cucumbers into strips or slices. If the peel of the vegetable is hard or bitter, it can be cut off beforehand.

Boil the eggs, peel and grate or cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the leek and dill. Chop the onions and add boiling water for 5-10 minutes to kill the bitterness.

Combine radishes, cucumbers, eggs and herbs in a salad bowl. Drain the canned peas and add to the rest of the ingredients. Salt the salad, if desired, you can add a little black pepper. Season vegetables with sour cream and mix everything well. Sour cream should be taken with a low percentage of fat.
