At first glance, the recipe for this salad is no different. Carrots, onions, beef are typical ingredients. However, the originality of this dish is given by two unexpected products - radishes and cucumbers.
It is necessary
- - 2 carrots
- - 350 g of beef
- - 2 eggs
- - half a teaspoon of curry
- - salt
- - paprika
- - ground nutmeg
- - vegetable or olive oil
- - lettuce leaves
- - 5 pieces. radish
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef thoroughly and cut into thin oblong pieces. Fry the workpiece until golden brown in vegetable or olive oil. While cooking, you can add paprika, salt, nutmeg and curry to taste.

Boil the carrots in lightly salted water and grate or cut into strips. Peel and chop radishes and cucumbers in the same way. Stir the products and marinate in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes.

Boil and chop the eggs. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.

Mix all the prepared ingredients in one container and fry for a few minutes until the aroma of spices appears. Season the mixture with extra virgin olive oil if necessary and place in a salad bowl.
