It is necessary

  • • 1 sheet of frozen pie dough
  • • 5 small Granny Smith apples
  • • granulated sugar - ¼ glass (glass - 250 ml)
  • • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • • corn starch - 1 tablespoon
  • • cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • • wheat flour - 2 ¼ cups
  • • brown sugar - 2/3 cup
  • • granulated sugar - 2/3 cup
  • • oatmeal - 2/3 cup
  • • softened butter - 14 tablespoons
  • • a pinch of salt
  • • vegetable oil
  • • Molds for muffins
  • • 2 deep medium size
  • • sharp knife

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare food and equipment: remove oil from refrigerator to soften.

Wash the apples, peel and core them with grains. Cut the pulp into cubes with a side of about 0.5 cm.

Lubricate the muffin molds with vegetable oil from the inside.

Step 2

Sprinkle the table with flour. Spread out a layer of dough and cut out circles about 5 cm in diameter from it. Form the same round blanks from the remains of the dough. Carefully place the mugs on the bottom of the muffin molds and flatten.

Step 3

Prepare the fruit filling: In a medium bowl, combine all the apple cubes, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Place on the stove and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes. The mass is ready when the apples have softened and the liquid begins to thicken.

Remove the bowl from the stove. Place 1 tablespoon each of the apple filling on the tins of the dough.

Step 4

Prepare a crispy oil sprinkle: in a clean bowl combine 2 ¼ cups flour, 2/3 cup oatmeal, brown sugar and sand, a pinch of salt. Add 14 tablespoons of softened butter and stir until smooth.

Place 1 tablespoon of the dough on the apple filling and gently spread over the surface of the cookies.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 170-180 ° C. Place the molds with the blanks in it and bake for 17-19 minutes.

Leave the finished cookie cutters alone for 15 minutes and then remove them from the molds using a sharp knife. Arrange the cookies on a wire rack to cool completely and then serve.
