Crunchy sweet crackers with cream filling - a delicious dessert with a delicate taste. You will be able to bake this delicacy from the simplest ingredients, and the process of making dough and cream is extremely simple.

- - flour - 250 g;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - condensed milk - 1/2 can.
Instructions
Step 1
Soften 100 g of butter at room temperature. Add 50 g of granulated sugar and 250 g of sifted premium flour. Grind the mass until smooth. Then add 3 tablespoons of sour cream (or the same amount of heavy cream) and 4 tablespoons of condensed milk. For this recipe, you must definitely find a high-quality thick condensed milk. We knead the dough. We roll it into a ball and send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
For a creamy layer, combine the remaining condensed milk with 30 g of soft butter. Grind thoroughly to a homogeneous consistency, using a mixer. Then we put it in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Knead the cooled dough a little, divide it into several parts and roll it out into a thin layer of no more than 4 mm. Cut out small figures with molds, glasses or glasses. Using a toothpick, fork or juice tube, we make several rows of through holes in each figure.
Step 4
We spread the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment. We place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes - until a light golden hue appears.
Step 5
Cool the finished cookies to room temperature. Then we connect the cookies in pairs using the previously prepared cream.
