This chocolate ice cream is crispy thanks to the amaretti cookies, but if you couldn't get it, any other crunchy cookie or even meringue will do. Ice cream is prepared in three hours.
It is necessary
- - 700 ml of cream;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 150 g of dark chocolate;
- - 120 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of cocoa powder;
- - 15 pcs. amaretti cookies;
- - 5 egg yolks;
- - a little vanilla extract.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour milk and cream into a saucepan, add a little vanilla extract - it is only needed to give the cold dessert a vanilla aroma. Bring the mixture to an almost boil, reduce heat.
Step 2
Mix sugar with egg yolks, add cocoa powder, beat the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then pour in one ladle of hot milk with cream, beat for a while with a mixer at a lower speed.
Step 3
Pour the sugar-yolk mass into a saucepan to the milk, stirring continuously with a whisk. Stir for another 5-7 minutes, the mass should not turn out to be too liquid, but it is not needed too thick.
Step 4
Cool the finished creamy mass, pour it into a container with a lid, which is hermetically sealed. Place in the freezer.
Step 5
Grind dark chocolate into crumbs, add to ice cream after 2 hours. Crumble the cookies and also send them to ice cream, mix thoroughly. Place the container of treats in the freezer for another hour. Crispy chocolate ice cream can be served on its own, or you can make pancakes or pancakes and serve a scoop of ready-made ice cream with them.
