Pancake rolls with chocolate cream

Stir well and pour in half a glass of milk in a thin stream. Boil the cream for 7-10 minutes, stirring continuously. When the mass thickens, you can remove from the heat.
Spread the finished pancakes with an overlap on the table. Brush them with an even layer of chocolate cream and roll into a neat roll. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Pancake rolls with fruit
Bake pancakes according to the recipe above. For the cream, pour 5 g of gelatin with 50 ml of cold milk and leave for 15 minutes. Mix 100 ml of cream with 3 tbsp. sugar and beat with a mixer. Gently combine the resulting mass with 150 grams of curd cheese. Melt the gelatin in a water bath, cool and pour into the creamy curd mass. Refrigerate the cream for 20 minutes. Peel the oranges and peel and chop finely. Rinse the apple and cut into slices. Divide the cream into two equal parts: mix the first with the orange, and the second with the apple. Grease the pancakes with the resulting cream, roll into rolls and refrigerate for several hours.
