- - Sweet red pepper (medium size) - 3 pcs.
- - Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
- - Bread crumb - 1/2 tbsp.
- - Walnuts (kernels) - 3/4 tbsp.
- - Garlic - 2-3 teeth.
- - Olive oil - 5-7 tbsp. l.
- - Chili pepper - 2 pcs.
- - Lemon juice - 1/2 pc.
- - Pomegranate juice - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- - Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- - Salt (to taste) - 1 tsp.
- - Zira - 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove seeds and partitions from chili peppers. Cut into halves, put on a baking sheet and put into the oven. Cook for 13 minutes.
Step 2
Pour olive oil into a frying pan, put on high heat. Chop the garlic and onion finely and put in the pan. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Grind cumin grains. Peel the peppers cooked in the oven.
Step 4
Put all ingredients in a blender except oil and onion. Turn on the blender.
Step 5
Add the onion and garlic from the pan along with the oil. Turn on the blender again.
Step 6
Serve with mozzarella cheese, after sprinkling the pasta with herbs.
