  • - Garlic - 2-3 teeth.
  • - Olive oil - 5-7 tbsp. l.
  • - Chili pepper - 2 pcs.
  • - Lemon juice - 1/2 pc.
  • - Pomegranate juice - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • - Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • - Salt (to taste) - 1 tsp.
  • - Zira - 1/2 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove seeds and partitions from chili peppers. Cut into halves, put on a baking sheet and put into the oven. Cook for 13 minutes.

Step 2

Pour olive oil into a frying pan, put on high heat. Chop the garlic and onion finely and put in the pan. Fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Grind cumin grains. Peel the peppers cooked in the oven.

Put all ingredients in a blender except oil and onion. Turn on the blender.

Add the onion and garlic from the pan along with the oil. Turn on the blender again.
