I want a casserole like in kindergarten! This statement can be heard by parents from a child attending preschool. The kid gets so used to garden food that the dishes cooked at home no longer seem so tasty. Therefore, it would be nice for mothers and grandmothers of children to have a recipe for casseroles from a cookbook like in kindergarten. It turns out delicious and will please all family members.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of cottage cheese;
- - 200 g of semolina and sugar each (for flavor, you can add a little vanilla sugar);
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 ml of fresh milk;
- - 4 raw chicken eggs.
Instructions
Step 1
In order for the casserole, as in kindergarten, to turn out to be a delicate, homogeneous consistency, you need to properly prepare the cottage cheese. To do this, wipe the product through a sieve. You can try to break the curd lumps with a blender, but the technique does not always cope with the task at hand.
Step 2
Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add sugar to them, mix everything thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass. Use a mixer for ease of use.
Step 3
Combine grated cottage cheese and egg-sugar mass, stir. Melt the butter, cool it slightly, pour into a bowl to the curd.
Step 4
Add the remaining milk and semolina ingredients to the plate. Mix everything thoroughly, it is important that the semolina does not remain unbroken lumps. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Take a baking dish. Lubricate it with oil and lightly sprinkle with semolina. Spread the curd dough evenly over the mold and place in the oven preheated to 190 ° C. Curd casserole, as in kindergarten, is prepared for about 50 minutes. A beautiful crust should form on it.
Step 6
The above is a traditional recipe for casseroles, like in kindergarten, but if you wish, you can add raisins or candied fruits to the dish. Ready meals are served with sour cream, condensed milk, jam, or "pure". You can decorate the curd casserole with fresh fruit or berries, kids will love it.
