The widespread use of white cabbage in cooking is not accidental. It is one of the most common vegetables in Russia and beyond. You can always meet cabbage in any grocery store. Moreover, its cost is very low. The special value of this vegetable is its low calorie content, high content of vitamin C and fiber. Every housewife keeps many recipes in her notebook that use cabbage. Among them, stews in combination with meat or minced meat firmly hold their positions.

- 2 onions;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 800 g white cabbage;
- vegetable oil;
- dill
- parsley;

Instructions
Step 1
Chop or chop the cabbage finely.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, add chopped cabbage and cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots, preferably coarse. Salt the cabbage halfway through cooking. Put the vegetables in a separate skillet, add the oil and sauté until half cooked.
Step 4
Add minced meat to the carrot-onion mixture, salt. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes. The fire should be weak.
Step 5
Peel the tomatoes, cut into small cubes. Add them to the minced meat and vegetable mixture. You can also add your favorite spices to your taste there (for example, curry). Leave to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
When the cabbage is almost cooked, add the minced meat and vegetables mixture. Mix everything thoroughly, cover with a lid. Leave on low heat until cooked through.
Step 7
At the very end of cooking, add finely chopped greens to the dish - dill, parsley.
