Glazed curds are a favorite delicacy not only for children, but also for most adults. But at the same time, the store product contains a large number of unhealthy components: thickeners, flavors, preservatives and low-quality fats. Home-made cheese tastes as good as store-bought ones, but at the same time they do not harm your health.

Homemade glazed curd snacks are a great way to indulge yourself with your favorite dessert. The advantage of home cooking is the ability to eliminate harmful ingredients, adjust the calorie level, and choose the filling to your liking.

To make homemade cheese curds, you will need the following products:

  • 100 g of quality chocolate;
  • 200 g of cottage cheese;
  • 50 g butter;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar;
  • 2-3 tbsp icing sugar.

The chocolate is melted in a water bath or in a microwave oven and the bottom and sides of silicone molds are carefully lubricated with it. After that, the molds are placed in the freezer for 5-7 minutes.

Using a blender, mix cottage cheese, butter, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar, remove the molds from the refrigerator and fill them with curd mass.

From above, the curd is covered with a layer of chocolate, smoothed, and the blanks are sent to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until the glaze has completely solidified.

If there are no silicone molds at hand, then the cottage cheese can be laid out on rectangular pieces of foil, formed curds of a classic shape, wrapped in the form of candy and kept in the freezer for 5-6 minutes.

Slightly frozen curds are coated with melted chocolate or icing made from a mixture of chocolate and a small amount of butter.

If desired, at the stage of forming the cheese, you can add the filling to your taste to the curd: berries, nuts, condensed milk, jam.
