Glazed curds are popular with many sweet tooths. However, cheese curds sold in stores contain many harmful substances, for example, all kinds of additives and preservatives. I suggest making this delicious dessert at home.
It is necessary
- - dark chocolate - 100 g;
- - cottage cheese - 200 g;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - condensed milk - 3 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the dark chocolate from the packaging and break it into fairly small wedges. Then transfer them to a suitable bowl and melt in a water bath.
Step 2
Using a brush, apply black melted chocolate to the bottom and walls of the pre-prepared silicone molds so that there is not a single gap. In this form, place them in the cold until the chocolate hardens, and then repeat this procedure again.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, combine ingredients such as cottage cheese and butter. Stir this mixture well until it turns into a mass that has a homogeneous consistency.
Step 4
Then add condensed milk to the creamy curd mixture. Mix everything as it should. As a result, you should get a rather lush and slightly liquid mass. If its consistency is too thick, then fix it by adding a small amount of condensed milk.
Step 5
Put the sweet curd mass into silicone molds. If you want, you can put any filling, for example, jam or a piece of fruit, into your homemade glazed curd cakes. Top the curd mixture with the remaining melted chocolate. Send the treat to the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Step 6
After the time has passed, remove the dessert from the molds. Homemade glazed curds are ready!
