Aromatic meat cutlets with mushrooms, vegetables and cheese cooked in a microwave oven are made quite quickly, and the cooking process itself should not cause any difficulties. For this recipe, you will need a very small amount of food and a microwave oven with the "grill" mode.

- • 600 g of any minced meat;
- • 100 g of hard cheese;
- • 200 g of mushrooms (champignons);
- • 100 g of chopped bell pepper;
- • 1 head of red onion.
Instructions
Step 1
For this dish, any minced meat is suitable, for example, pork and beef, just pork, chicken or other options. You can make it yourself or buy it ready-made. Fully defrost frozen minced meat before direct cooking so that you can work with it.
Step 2
It is advisable to choose a red onion (in another way it is called salad, purple), it is more aromatic and less bitter, unlike ordinary white onions. Cut it into thin rings or half rings, not smaller.
Step 3
You can also take any mushrooms, in this case we will take champignons, which are available all year round, which cannot be said about forest mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms, boil and cut into slices, if they were fresh. Alternatively, you can simply buy a jar of canned mushrooms, where they are already cut.
Step 4
Wash the bell pepper, pull out the soft part with seeds, rinse it inside running water, remove excess seeds, cut into arbitrary slices so that they fit on the cutlet. Grate hard cheese with large cells.
Step 5
Form several cutlets from the minced meat, which must be put in a bowl with a wide bottom (the container must be specially designed for microwave ovens). Spread the chopped onion evenly on top of the cutlets.
Step 6
Next, carefully arrange the mushroom slices. Put pieces of sweet pepper on top of the mushrooms. Cover each patty with a layer of grated cheese.
Step 7
Put the container with cutlets in the microwave: in the microwave + grill mode, set the time for 12 minutes (for 300 grams of minced meat). During the cooking process, the cutlets will slightly decrease in volume.
