Pollock cutlets are a good alternative to the usual meatball. The fish dish allows you to diversify the menu, add healthy food to it. There are many cooking recipes, we will consider the option when rice is added to the minced meat.

- - 80 g of raw rice (it is convenient to take portioned sachets for cooking);
- - 1 carrot and onion;
- - 3 fresh chicken eggs;

Step 1
To make pollock cutlets, you need to prepare the necessary products. First, wash, peel and randomly chop the carrots and onions.

Saute the vegetables. They should become soft. In principle, fresh food is also suitable for cooking fish cakes, but with overcooked it tastes better.

Rinse the pollock, remove bones, if any, and inedible parts. Pass the prepared fish through a meat grinder along with fried carrots and onions, bacon. The last ingredient can be omitted, replacing it with bread, but it is the bacon that makes the pollock cutlets incredibly juicy and tender.

Boil the rice until cooked, put it on the minced meat, beat the eggs into the mass, add salt and pepper. Arrange food until smooth.

Form cutlets from minced meat, fry them in vegetable oil until tender. Before cooking, fish preparations can be rolled in flour or bread crumbs.
Step 6
You can cook pollock cutlets in the oven. To do this, grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, shape fish balls, distribute them over the shape. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

Ready-made pollock cutlets can be served with mashed potatoes, fresh and pickled vegetables.
