Cooking pork in mulvar is a pleasure. In it, the meat is almost impossible to spoil, it will always turn out to be very tasty and juicy. Thanks to the versatility of the multicooker, you can cook many different pork dishes in it. In this article, I will share one of the best recipes.
It is necessary
- - pork (tenderloin) - 700g.;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - apple cider vinegar - 1-2 tsp;
- - sunflower oil - 10 ml.;
- - pepper, salt, spices - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat under running cold water and then dry it a little with a paper towel. After that, it must be cut into small pieces.

The multicooker must be turned on in the "Baking" mode, pour sunflower oil into the bowl and heat it up for five minutes.
Step 3
Now you can put the sliced meat in the multicooker bowl, salt and mix. The timer must be set to 65 minutes.
Step 4
While the meat is being fried, you can do the vegetables. Carrots need to be washed, peeled and grated on a coarse grater. The onions must be peeled and cut into small cubes or half rings.
Step 5
After 20 minutes after the start of cooking, add onions to the meat, and after another 10 minutes - carrots. Everything is thoroughly mixed.
Step 6
Add vinegar about 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking. Seasonings are added at the same time. Now you need to wait until the end of the cooking time and you can enjoy the great taste of roast pork. It is best served with vegetables. Bon Appetit!
