This cake combines a soft, tender dough and a fragrant orange soufflé that melts in your mouth. It turns out to be the perfect combination for dessert. Making a soft biscuit according to this recipe is as easy as shelling pears, even if you haven't cooked such pastries before. For a soufflé, you need to take fresh oranges (5 pieces) and squeeze the juice out of them.
It is necessary
- For biscuit:
- - 200 g flour;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 3 eggs.
- For soufflé:
- - 500 ml heavy cream;
- - 250 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 20 g of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the biscuit first. Beat eggs with sugar, add flour, stir.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with oil, you can cover it with baking paper - as it is more convenient for anyone. Pour the dough into it, put the mold in the oven, bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. The finished biscuit can be soaked in juice or syrup to make it even more tender.
Step 3
Now it's time to start making soufflé. Soak gelatin in 150 ml of water, leave for a while (indicated on the package). Then bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not boil it. Cool slightly.
Step 4
Whisk in cream and sugar, add orange juice, stir. Add gelatin, mix again.
Step 5
Put the soufflé on a biscuit, flatten, put in the refrigerator overnight. Then cut into cubes or rectangles.
