- Filling:
- - poppy seeds 0.5 cups;
- - sugar 0.5 cups;
- - butter 100 g;
- - egg 1 pc.

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients, vegetable oil last. Mix everything, put the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1, 5-2 hours.

Now we are preparing the filling.
Melt the butter over low heat and cool to room temperature.

Rinse and dry the poppy. Mix dried poppy seeds with sugar.

After an hour and a half or two, we take the dough out of the refrigerator. Roll out the dough for a roll, 0.8-1 cm thick.

Grease the dough with melted butter and spread the poppy seeds and sugar over the entire surface.

Twist the roll and cut into small rolls 2 cm wide, which look very nice and appetizing in the cut.
