The four main ingredients of Caesar salad are chicken breasts, parmesan cheese, white bread croutons and anchovies. The latter are used in a dressing, the original composition of which has not been fully disclosed, but which traditionally also includes mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk and olive oil. All other ingredients that are found in restaurant or home versions of Caesar may not have anything to do with the classic recipe at all. Instructions
Step 1
Lettuce leaves, wash and dry in a dryer
Pick medium-sized lettuce leaves.
Step 2
Season the lettuce with Caesar sauce: 40 grams mayonnaise, 5 ml soy sauce. and garlic 2 grams. Mix everything.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breast into slices and fry in vegetable oil with salt and black. ground pepper (add a little water to make the chicken juicier when frying). Grill in a skillet.
Step 4
. Prepare white bread for croutons (cut off the crust and cut into cubes 1.5x1.5 cm) dry until golden brown.
Step 5
Feeding method
1. Put the seasoned lettuce leaves on a plate, in a slide.
2. Put the fried chicken breast on the lettuce leaves.
3. Decorate with cherry tomatoes and croutons.
4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese between the chicken pieces
5. Serve quickly.
