Instructions

Step 1

Start by making a salad dressing. To do this, mix mustard, paprika and yogurt together. Add some salt and garlic. Squeeze the latter using a garlic press. Mix the whole mixture, sprinkle with zest from half a lemon. Cover and refrigerate.

Disassemble the cauliflower so that you have small inflorescences. Pour boiling water over these inflorescences and leave for a couple of minutes. Then drain the hot water, pour cold water over the cauliflower and pat dry.

Wash the vegetables thoroughly and let them dry. Cut the onions as thin as possible. Chop the dill not too finely.
