The recipe for this cake is very simple. Vegetarians are not the only ones to enjoy these baked goods. If you decide to pamper your family with a dish, then surprise them with the fact that useful things can also be very tasty.

- - 1 head of garlic
- - a bunch of parsley and basil
- - a pinch of nutmeg

Step 1
We take the puff pastry for the pie immediately ready-made, store-bought, it will be faster. Grease the rectangular shape in which we will bake the cake. Roll out the dough layer and put it in the prepared form.
Step 2
Cooking the filling: peel and chop the garlic very finely. Cut one zucchini (most of it) into thin circles and set it aside. The remains of the first zucchini and the second zucchini are cut into medium-sized circles, and then into quarters. They need to be fried a little in butter, pre-salted, after frying, add garlic to the zucchini.
Step 3
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and beat. Add goat cheese to the eggs and stir until smooth. Add a little pepper, nutmeg, finely chopped parsley and basil to the cheese and egg mass. Pour the mixture into the courgettes and mix gently.
Step 4
Zucchini with egg mixture are laid out on the dough, spread in a mold. Everything is leveled. On top you need to lay out raw zucchini, which we cut very thinly at the very beginning. Carefully wrap the edges of the dough inward, brush with a beaten egg. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees, then the pie is placed in it and baked for a little more than half an hour. Ovens are different for everyone, and therefore you need to look at the cake from time to time so that it does not burn.
Step 5
We will determine the readiness of the pie by the browned edges and by the thickened filling. We take the finished cake out of the oven, let it cool slightly, cut it and call all the household members to the table.

If the pie is not prepared for vegetarians, then you can add fish fillets or minced meat to it.
