It is necessary
- meat (according to your taste - beef, pork or chicken) - 0.5 kg
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- pickled or barrel cucumbers - 3 pcs.
- pearl barley - 1 multi-glass
- tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- cucumber pickle - 1 multi-glass
- Bay leaf
- salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the meat, cut it into small pieces for faster cooking and send it to cook on a regular stove. Do not forget to add salt to the broth. After the meat is ready, filter the broth so that it is transparent.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into small pieces, cut the onions and potatoes into small pieces. Cut the cucumbers into medium cubes. We wash the barley well.
Step 3
In a slow cooker, lightly fry the onions and carrots for 10 minutes. Add cucumbers, tomato paste and some water. Fry all this for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
After frying is ready, add potatoes, pearl barley, cooked meat and fill it all with broth. Add a glass of cucumber pickle and bay leaves. Add some salt if necessary.
