  • Cabbage 1 head of cabbage
  • Minced meat (pork + beef 500 gr.)

  • Carrots 1 pc.
  • Rice 200 gr.
  • Bouillon cube 1 pc.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Put the medium-sized cabbage on a plate and put it in the microwave for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the cabbage). After that, we take it out and put it under cold water. When the cabbage has cooled, cut off the leaves. The plus is that there are no torn leaves, they become soft and elastic. Carefully cut off the hard part of the sheet

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and carrots, fry in a little oil. Boil rice until half cooked.

We combine everything with minced meat, salt, pepper.

Step 3

Put a tablespoon of minced meat in the leaves from the side of the stump and wrap it in an envelope. We put everything in a deep frying pan or cauldron, cover with the remaining cabbage leaves on top. Dilute the cube in boiling water and fill the cabbage rolls.
