It is necessary

  • - kefir - 250 ml;
  • - semolina - 200 g;
  • - wheat flour - 150 g;
  • - sugar - 170 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 125 ml;
  • - soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • - apple - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

After pouring the semolina into a suitable dish with a deep bottom, pour it with kefir and set it aside for about 20 minutes. During this time, the semolina should have time to swell. By the way, if you do not have kefir, then you can use mineral water to make the Srimati pie.

Step 2

Then add the following ingredients to the swollen semolina: sunflower oil, wheat flour, as well as vanilla sugar and soda along with granulated sugar. Stir everything until you get a mass, the consistency of which is homogeneous.

Step 3

Grind the fruit, after washing it, into small enough cubes. You can remove the skin from the surface of the apple if you wish.

Step 4

Put the chopped fruit in the main mass, that is, in the dough for the Srimati pie. Mix everything properly.

Step 5

Grease the prepared baking dish with softened butter and pour the resulting mass into it, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. If you want the future cake to be easy to remove from the mold, then cover its bottom with parchment paper. Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour.

Step 6

After the time has passed, let the dish cool down, then serve, cut into pieces. Srimati cake is ready! Decorate with melted chocolate if you wish.
