It is necessary

  • - Cottage cheese - 200 grams. The fat content can be anything of your choice.
  • - Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons. For those who care about their figure, we recommend 1-2 tablets of sweetener.
  • - Semolina - 3 tablespoons.
  • - Chicken egg - 2 pieces.
  • - Baking soda or baking powder - on the tip of the knife.
  • - Vanillin - a pinch.
  • - Salt - a pinch.
  • - Lemon juice - 3-5 drops.
  • - Additives at your discretion: chopped prunes or dried apricots, raisins, candied fruits, nuts, poppy seeds, cinnamon, cocoa, grated chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the curd and eggs with a blender or fork. Add sugar / sweetener, semolina, salt

Step 2

Add sugar, semolina, salt, baking soda or baking powder, vanillin and lemon juice (you can do without them!).

Step 3

Mix everything thoroughly. At the last moment, you can add any ingredient of your choice: raisins or candied fruits, chopped prunes or dried apricots, fresh fruits, berries, chopped nuts, cocoa or grated chocolate, poppy seeds, coconut flakes or bird cherry.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture into silicone molds. As the mass rises in the microwave, the molds need to be filled up to half, not more than 2/3!

Step 5

Microwave the molds at maximum power (700-800W) for 3 minutes. Leave without opening the door, "rest" for 2 minutes and turn the oven back on for 90 seconds.

Step 6

Let the casserole cool slightly to avoid scalding. Remove it from the molds.

You can serve the dish with jam, jam, syrup, condensed milk, chocolate chips, etc.
