Light and delicate salad "Paw" goes well with any main course or can become an independent snack. Thanks to the decoration of the dish in the form of a paw print, it looks original and is perfect for serving on the New Year's or Christmas table or for a children's party.
It is necessary
- - 3 green apples;
- - 200 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 chicken eggs;
- - 50 grams of olives without additives;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 2 cucumbers;
- - 200 g of mayonnaise;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
For salad preparation and its beautiful presentation, use a large, wide plate with a low edge and a flat bottom. Wipe it off gently. Lay out all the layers of salad one after the other at once on the plate on which you are going to serve it.
Step 2
Wash the apples, dry them with a towel, peel and seeds and grate on a coarse grater. It is better to take fresh cucumbers, but you can also replace pickled ones. Cut the cucumbers into very small cubes. Wash and boil the potatoes, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Hard-boiled eggs, cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Begin to lay out the layers, gently shaping them into a circle on the plate. Spread a little mayonnaise on each layer and add salt to your liking. Spread in this order: potatoes, apple, egg, potatoes, cucumber, potatoes. Then grate the cheese on a fine grater. Spread mayonnaise on the salad on all sides and sprinkle with cheese, pressing it down a little. Cut the olives into small pieces and carefully make the dog's paw print.
