    • 300 g chicken fillet;
    • 2 onions;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 200 g chicken liver;
    • 2 tablespoons flour;
    • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
    • 1 tablespoon milk

    • pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Pass the chicken fillet with onions twice through a meat grinder. Soak wheat bread in milk, then squeeze. Add egg, bread, salt and spices to the minced meat to taste.

Mix the minced meat well with your hands until smooth. If the minced meat turned out to be liquid, add some breadcrumbs to it, if dry, add another egg.
