Making a barbecue is not as easy as it might seem at first glance. At the very least, you need to properly cut and marinate the meat. But making a quick and tasty sausage dish is much easier. They can be deliciously fried during a picnic on a special grill or strung on skewers like a regular kebab.
It is necessary
- - 16 pcs. wieners;
- - 10 g dry green onions;
- - 50 g fresh parsley;
- - 15 g dry paprika;
- - 15 g dry garlic;
- - 5 g of ground black pepper;
- - 10 g of dried ground thyme (flowers without leaves);
- - 20 ml of olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the sausages and, if necessary, peel them from the film. Sausages should be fresh, not frozen.
Step 2
Make the sauce. Take a shallow, preferably glass bowl, pour olive oil into it and heat it a little in a water bath. Remove and gradually stirring constantly, add: paprika, thyme, garlic, onion and finely chopped parsley.
Step 3
To make the sausages better saturated with sauce, you need to make small oblique cuts on them. 4-6 cuts on each sausage. Spread with sauce and let sit for a while.
Step 4
You need to fry the sausages, constantly turning over low heat or charcoal, no more than 10-15 minutes. You can also bake such sausages in the oven if there is no way to go to nature.
