Step 1

First of all, prepare the icing with which you will cover the candy. Take a small saucepan and put milk and 50 g of butter in it. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar and cocoa powder. Stir the frosting constantly with a wooden spoon to keep it from burning. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until it begins to thicken a little, then remove and let cool slightly.

Then prepare the filling. Take a large, high-rimmed cup and combine softened butter, icing sugar, and condensed milk in it. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Add vanillin to the mixture and stir again. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to cool and thicken slightly.

Step 3

Take out the mixture that was prepared for the filling and add the coconut flakes in small portions. It is better to take white shavings. Stir constantly to keep the mixture smooth. Then put it back in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Form small balls from the mixture. Spread the parchment on a tray or large flat plate. Dip each ball well in the glaze and place on parchment. When all the candies are ready, you can lightly decorate them with thin strips of white chocolate or condensed milk. Cool well before serving.
