Such meat not only looks spectacular, but also turns out to be more juicy when baked.
Instructions
Step 1
Honey glaze for chicken.
To prepare it, you need to mix 0.5 cups of honey, the juice of half a lemon and 2 cloves of garlic (chopped).
Step 2
Cranberry glaze for beef, pork, lamb.
Initially, you need to mix in equal proportions cranberry sauce, mustard and vegetable oil, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar. The resulting composition must be brought to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 3
Maple syrup frosting for beef and lamb.
Mix 0.5 cups of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 3-4 sprigs of dry thyme (thyme).
Step 4
Spicy curry poultry frosting
Stir 125 gr. peanut butter, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and soy sauce, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of curry until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 5
Apricot glaze for poultry and pork.
Mix 0.5 cups of apricot jam, 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur, 1 tablespoon of orange juice and vodka, 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger root.
