Lagman is an Asian dish. It is made with meat, vegetables and long noodles. Various spices and herbs are added for aroma. Previously, noodles were specially pulled to prepare this dish, but now special noodles are sold in stores.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of chicken broth;
- cilantro;
- 150 g noodles;
- sunflower oil;
- parsley;
- salt;
- 2 tbsp ketchup;
- 1 chicken breast;
- 1 onion;
- Vegetable mix;
- a couple of tomato.
Preparation:
- The meat must be rinsed under running water and dried, then cut into small pieces.
- Then take a frying pan and pour oil into it. Put it on the fire and fry the chicken pieces there. After that, the onion will need to be chopped into small cubes and sent to the pan with meat. Fry chopped onions until golden brown.
- Tomatoes should be doused with boiling water so that the skin is easily peeled. Then cut into small pieces. Rinse the vegetable mixture. It is sold in any stores. There are different vegetable mixes with different ingredients, you need to choose your own.
- Since vegetables are sold already cut, we simply add them to the pan to the meat. All this must be simmered under a closed lid for 10 minutes.
- It is better to squeeze the garlic through the garlic bowl. Send it to the sliced tomatoes. Pour ketchup there. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the meat and vegetables. Stir and continue simmering for another 10 minutes.
- Pour the prepared vegetables with hot broth. Add a little heat and bring to a boil.
- Then dip the noodles into the broth. Reduce the heat as it boils and cook until the noodles are cooked. After that, the lagman can be seasoned with spices to your taste.
- At the end of cooking, when all the ingredients are cooked, you can add herbs. The dish should be infused a little. Then it can be served.
