For some reason, many housewives deprive their attention of preparations based on cauliflower. And completely in vain. Cauliflower snacks are healthy, flavorful, and delicious.

- • Cauliflower - 3 kg;
- • Ripe tomatoes - 2 kg;
- • Sweet pepper "Bulgarian" - 2 kg;
- • Fresh parsley - 1 bunch;
- • Garlic cloves - 10 cloves;
- • Vegetable oil - 250 ml;
- • Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml;
- • Sugar - 100 g;
- • Fine salt - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the cauliflower. Remove leaves and disassemble into inflorescences. Boil them for 10 minutes until half cooked in salted water (take 25 g of salt) and remove them with a slotted spoon in a prepared deep bowl. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces of the size that goes into the neck of a meat grinder. Place them in a bowl designed for the vegetables to be scrolled.
Step 3
Wash the pepper. Peel it of seeds and cut off the tail. Cut into slices and transfer to a bowl with tomatoes.
Step 4
Wash the parsley, cut into 3 pieces and add to a bowl with tomatoes and peppers. Peel off the husks from the garlic cloves and, after washing, add to the bowl to the products that need to be ground with a meat grinder.
Step 5
Twist all prepared foods in a meat grinder and pour them into a saucepan prepared for cooking.
Step 6
Put a saucepan with scrolled vegetables over the fire and boil. Without reducing the heat, put a mixture of refined vegetable oil with vinegar, salt and sugar in boiling vegetables. Add pre-boiled cabbage inflorescences here. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 7
During this time, prepare the jars and lids selected for the blank. Rinse and warm them up.
Put the ready-made and hot cauliflower appetizer in vegetables into jars and immediately seal them.
Step 8
Turn all the cans with the blank onto the lids and place them on a flat surface with their bottom up.
Step 9
Cover them with a warm blanket and wait a day. Store ready-made canned food in a closet or cabinet.
