This recipe is popular in Scandinavia. Among the many seafood dishes, this is the easiest to prepare but delicious.
It is necessary
- - potatoes (4 pcs.);
- - smoked salmon (8 thin slices);
- - vegetable oil (3 tablespoons);
- - butter (30 g);
- - 30% mayonnaise (100 g);
- - parsley (2 sprigs).
Instructions
Step 1
Put the peeled and cut potatoes into thin strips in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry potatoes over high heat, stirring often, for no more than 10 minutes.
Step 2
Place half of the potatoes on the bottom of the rooster (or other dish for baking in the oven), previously greased with butter. Season the potatoes with a little salt, pepper and grease with 50 g of mayonnaise.
Step 3
Spread the salmon slices on top of the mayonnaise and place the remaining half of the potatoes on top. And again - salt, pepper, grease.
Step 4
Cover the roaster with a lid and place in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. After the fire has been turned off, leave the dishes in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the baked potatoes with salmon into large pieces like a pie and arrange on plates. Decorate with parsley leaves.
