In order to prepare an unusual and delicious dinner, it is not at all necessary to stand at the stove for hours. Blush potatoes with bacon cook very quickly and look like a real festive dish on the table.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of potatoes
- - 200 g bacon
- - 1 tsp. dried oregano
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 1 lemon
- - olive oil
- - 1 glass of water
- - salt
- - pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes well. Cut in half and pat dry with paper towel. There is no need to peel the potatoes (ideally, use young potatoes in this recipe).
Step 2
Cut into thin slices. Place a slice of bacon on each potato half and cover with the other half.
Step 3
Place the foil in a baking dish and place the potato blanks on top. Put the lemon in hot water for 5 minutes, and then squeeze the juice out of it.
Step 4
Crush the garlic thoroughly, mix in olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, spices. Mix all the ingredients well and pour over the potatoes.
Step 5
In the oven, bake the dish for one hour. Garnish the ruddy potatoes with herbs before serving or serve with a vegetable side dish.
