A very unusual and very tasty dish that can surprise the guests of your festive evening. Thanks to dried chili peppers, oysters get a spicy, tangy taste that you will want to enjoy over and over again.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of oysters;
- - olive oil;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - ½ chili pepper (if there is no fresh one, you can use dried);
- - water;
- - 1 pack of pasta (or regular spaghetti);
- - salt;
- - parsley (or any greens).
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to prepare the oyster sauce. To do this, you need to take a deep bowl and pour some olive oil into the plate. Peel the garlic, chop and add to a bowl with olive oil. Chop the chili and add to the sauce. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Boil the pasta in boiling water. While the pasta is cooking, it is necessary to rinse the oysters well. Put the washed oysters in a saucepan with cold water, add a little salt and put on fire. Boil the oysters for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the parsley and chop. Add to sauce. Mix everything well. Throw the finished oysters in a colander and drain the remaining water into a separate bowl. Put the oysters in the prepared sauce. Drizzle over the oyster broth.
Step 4
Drain the paste through a colander. Add to oysters. The dish is ready, you can serve it on the table.
