- - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- - 0.5 cups bread crumbs or bread crumbs

- - 2 cloves of garlic

Mix chopped parsley in a bowl with crushed garlic and grated Parmesan, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with fish. Add water so that it covers the fish completely.

Close the pot with a lid and place in the oven. preheated to 230 degrees. Leave for 20-30 minutes, then remove and wrap in a towel.

The fish should be served warm, although halibut can be eaten cold. Put thin slices of lemon, a few parsley leaves on a plate with the fish. This dish goes well with dry white wine.
