It is necessary

  • - potatoes - 3-4 pcs;
  • - pork - 300-400 g;
  • - hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - onions - 1-2 pcs;
  • - garlic - 4 cloves;
  • - egg - 2 pcs;
  • - cream - 2-3 tbsp. l;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, we turn the meat into minced meat. If there is beef, then you can mix it with pork in a 1: 2 ratio, then the minced meat will turn out to be leaner and tastier. You can purchase a ready-made semi-finished product, but chilled rather than frozen is preferable.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and onion and chop it very finely, the garlic can be passed through a press, pour everything into a bowl with minced meat, add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

We wash the potatoes, peel and cut the tubers into thin rings. The thinner the slices are, the faster the gratin will cook and the tastier the dish will be. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Step 4

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, spread some of the potato slices overlapping each other on the bottom. Put the minced meat on the potatoes and distribute it with our hands so that the potatoes are completely covered. Sprinkle the minced meat with grated cheese and seasonings, then cover everything with potato slices. We alternate layers until we run out of minced meat and potatoes.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and put a baking sheet with gratin in it for 15-20 minutes. While the dish is baking, beat 2 raw eggs with salt and cream. Pour gratin with the resulting mixture, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown appears. Serve hot, cut into portions.
