Delicate soup-puree of chicken breast and fried onions is a very tasty first course, which, as a rule, is seasoned with sour cream and parsley, and is always served with croutons! You can cook this soup quickly enough, because its recipe is very simple.

It is necessary

  • -1 l of ordinary water;
  • -7 slices of bread (optionally with seeds);
  • -1 homemade chicken breast (with bones);
  • -1 onion;
  • -1 bay leaf;
  • -2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • -1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • -1 tbsp. l. butter;
  • -1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • -10% cream;
  • -fresh parsley;
  • - garlic (optional);
  • - salt and black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

We clean the chicken breast from the skin, wash it, put it in a saucepan, adding a bay leaf. Fill with water, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook until tender, removing the foam.

Remove the finished meat from the broth, cool, separate from the bones and cut into small pieces. Leave the broth to warm on minimal heat

Step 2

Heat a spoonful of sunflower oil in a skillet. Simply chop the onion, put it in oil and fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Add pieces of meat to the golden onion, sprinkle them with soy sauce and sprinkle with flour. Season with butter, stir and fry until tender.

Mix the finished meat thoroughly and put it in a saucepan with warm chicken broth.

Step 4

Wash the parsley, dry it and chop finely with a knife. If there is no fresh parsley, then you can take dried one.

Step 5

Beat the contents of the saucepan with an immersion blender until smooth, add cream, pour into plates and garnish with chopped parsley.

Step 6

Grease slices of bread with butter and fry in a grill pan. After cooling a little, if you wish, you can grate them with garlic, then put them on a plate and serve them along with the chicken puree soup.
