- - 20 g butter
- - 40 g of vegetable oil
- - 5 cloves of garlic
- - 1 liter of water

Step 1
First take the potatoes, wash, peel and cut into quarters.

Take a saucepan, put it on fire, add salt. When the water boils, add the potatoes. And cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, drain the water and rinse the potatoes well.

Melt the butter, mix it with the vegetable oil, add thyme, paprika and garlic.
