Chile is one of the most popular Mexican and Texan dishes known all over the world. At home, this dish is called "Chili con carne", which literally can be translated from Spanish as "chili with meat". The main ingredients of this dish are hot chili peppers and minced meat, all other ingredients are added depending on the place of residence or taste preferences.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 red onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 red hot chili peppers
- 450 gr of beef
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 x 400 cans of canned tomatoes
- 400 g can of mixed beans
- 2 sweet peppers
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the chili and chop finely.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Peel and crush a clove of garlic.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a ceramic pot or heavy-bottomed skillet. Saute the onions, chili and garlic for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
While the vegetables are roasting, take the beef, wash it and cut it into small pieces.
Step 6
Take out the fried vegetables. Divide the meat into two equal parts. Fry each half until brown, while stirring constantly.
Step 7
Put back onion, garlic and chili to the fried meat. Add canned tomatoes and a tablespoon of flour. While stirring thoroughly, bring the dish to a boil.
Step 8
Cover and cook for an hour. While the dish is stewing, take the bell pepper, wash it, peel it and cut it into small cubes.
Step 9
After an hour, add the beans and bell peppers to the chili.
Step 10
Close the lid and cook over medium heat for an additional 1.5 hours. Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, red onion and coriander.
