Try a trout and squid salad. For this dish, you will need the following ingredients: several lettuce leaves, one whole squid carcass, a quarter of multi-colored bell pepper (yellow, orange, red, green), 200 g of trout (fillet), 1 bunch of onion feathers, vegetable oil, mayonnaise and salt.
The cooking process begins with the fact that the squid carcass must be cleaned of the skin and entrails, and the chord must be removed. Then boil the squid in salted water for three minutes. Cut the prepared squid carcass into half rings. Chop the onion feather finely. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Wash the trout, dry it, season with salt on all sides and fry in a piece in butter until tender. Then chill and cut into cubes. All the ingredients are stacked on the dish alternately in rows, decorated with lettuce leaves and poured with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Prepare a fish wreath with pike perch and salmon. For this interesting dish, you need to take two varieties of fish: 300 g of pike perch and salmon fillets, 6 slices of a loaf, 200 g of cheese, one egg, a bunch of green dill, lemon, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, spices, salt.
The fish fillets are washed, dried and cut into strips. The stripes should be as long and thin as possible. You need to salt and pepper them. Then weave pigtails from strips of salmon and pike perch and roll them into rings. Pour mayonnaise on the rings and bake at 180 ° C for a quarter of an hour in the oven. Chop the dill finely, grate the cheese finely. Add dill and egg to the cheese. Remove the crust from the loaf slices, cut out small triangles from the pulp. Heat vegetable oil. You can cook trout stuffed with mushrooms. You will need: a river trout carcass, 75 g of mushrooms, 75 g of bell pepper, one onion, spices, salt, vegetable oil.
Gut and peel medium-sized river trout. Rinse thoroughly. Gently take out the ridge and clean it from the remnants of fish pulp. Cut the onion into very small cubes. Rinse the champignons, chop. Fry with onions together in vegetable oil. Dice the pepper and put in a pan with mushrooms and onions. Add the fish pulp removed from the ridge there. Fry everything for three minutes. Stuff the salted trout carcass with the fried mixture. Fasten the abdominal incision.
