The bright sun calls to nature. What to cook outdoors? If during the May holidays you ate kebabs, then make a deliciously tasty fish on the fire. The yummy recipe is just below.
It is necessary
- - 2 mackerels,
- - 2 onions,
- - 25 grams of garlic arrows,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 50 grams of soy sauce,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the mackerel in advance. Rinse the garlic arrows (leaves). Peel the onions and cut into medium pieces.
Step 2
Peel, rinse, cut off the heads, remove the fins with scissors, remove the entrails, rinse, dry.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic arrows and mix with the onions, season with spices, salt, add 50 grams of soy sauce and stir.
Step 4
Fill the mackerel carcasses with the resulting filling and place them in the remaining filling. Marinate the fish in this way for an hour. Remember to turn the marinated fish periodically.
Step 5
While the fish is marinating, cook the coals. Place 2-3 sprigs of young cherries on the coals (for flavor).
Step 6
Remove the mackerel and shake off the remnants of the marinade. Rub the fish carcass with vegetable oil, then place it on the prepared wire rack. Fry the fish over charcoal for ten minutes on each side. Transfer the prepared fish to a dish, serve with vegetables, fresh herbs and your favorite soft drinks.
