There are many recipes for making pizza. I would like to tell you about one of them. I suggest you cook it in a country style. It differs from others in its unique taste.

- - milk - 250 ml;
- - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- - dry yeast - 11 g;
- - butter - 125 g;
- - flour - 350-400 g;
- - salt - 1 teaspoon.
- Filling:
- - cottage cheese - 250 g;
- - dill;
- - green onions;
- - chicken fillet - 250 g;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - semolina - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
The first thing to do is to prepare a dough dough. To do this, combine in a separate bowl 100 milliliters of warm milk, a tablespoon of flour and granulated sugar, as well as dry yeast. Mix everything thoroughly and put in a warm place for about 7-10 minutes. Thus, this mass will rise.
Step 2
Thoroughly sift the flour through a sieve, then mix with ingredients such as risen dough, the rest of warm milk and pre-melted butter. Add the remaining granulated sugar and salt there. Mix this mass well and knead the dough out of it. Then place it in a warm place to raise for about an hour and a half. After the time has elapsed, knead slightly and do not touch for another 40 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the finished dough with a rolling pin in the shape of a circle, the thickness of which should be equal to 1 centimeter. Place the resulting layer on a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment.
Step 4
Finely chop green onions and dill, then combine with salt, cottage cheese and pepper. Boil the chicken until cooked and cut into small pieces. Grind the cheese with a grater, preferably a coarse one.
Step 5
Pour semolina on a layer of dough and put on it in an even layer, first the mixture of herbs, then the chicken pieces. The last layer should be grated cheese.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the dish into it to bake until it becomes golden brown, that is, for 20-25 minutes. Country style pizza is ready!
