Salmon is an incredibly tasty, tender and very healthy fish. With it, you can prepare a variety of dishes and a variety of snacks. Fans of lightly salted salmon can use a simple recipe according to which you can salt this fish at home.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of salmon fillet;
- - 3 teaspoons of salt;
- - 2 teaspoons of sugar;
- - a teaspoon of ground black pepper;
- - a bunch of dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Salmon need to be peeled very well, all seeds must be removed.
Step 2
Mix salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl. Distribute half of the mixture evenly over the bottom of the mold in which the fish will be salted. Chop the dill, put half on top of a mixture of salt, pepper and sugar.
Step 3
We spread the salmon in the form, sprinkle with the second part of the salting mixture and the remaining dill. Cover the mold with cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 days. The salmon must be turned over every day.
Step 4
After 3-4 days, take out the salmon, wash off the seasonings and dill with cold water.
Step 5
You can serve lightly salted fish as a snack, cut into thin slices.
