Chicken is a dietary and tasty meat. By adding cheese to it, you can prepare a lot of different mouth-watering dishes. For example, pea soup with chicken and chechil cheese, or pie with chicken and cheese.

- Chicken and Cheese Pea Soup:
- 1 tbsp. peas;
- 0.5 kg of chicken meat;
- 8-10 ribbons of chechil cheese;
- 1 medium onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 medium potatoes;
- 2 cloves of garlic;

- sunflower oil;
- salt

- For the test:
- 2 eggs;
- 1 tbsp. milk;
- 50 g butter;
- flour

- 0.5 kg of chicken meat;
- 150 g of chechil cheese;
- 50 g feta cheese;
- 50 g of any hard cheese.

Step 1
Pea soup with chicken and cheese
Rinse the chicken and put it in a saucepan with cold water. Put on medium heat, bring to a boil, then skim off the foam.
Step 2
Place a few black peppercorns, bay leaves, cumin, half an onion, a clove of garlic and a small piece of carrot in the broth. Season to taste. Reduce heat and cook meat until tender for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the broth. Pour the peas into the soup after soaking them in water overnight. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep the peas from burning.
Step 4
As a result, you should get a homogeneous mass, similar to a liquid puree. If the soup is too thick, add a little boiled water.
Step 5
While the peas are boiling, prepare the frying. Cut the remaining onions and carrots into strips. Chop the herbs and garlic finely. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and also divide into small pieces.
Step 6
Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Fry vegetables and meat in it, dipping them into a pan in the following sequence: onions, carrots, potatoes, meat, garlic and herbs. Season with salt and spices.

Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then combine the frying with the peas. Divide the chechila ribbons into thin fibers and add to the soup. Bring to a boil and set aside from heat. After 5-10 minutes, the soup can be served at the table.
Step 8
Chicken and cheese pie
Prepare the dough. Heat the milk and butter over low heat. Add salt and sugar. When the milk starts to boil, add baking soda and some flour and turn off the stove.
Step 9
Stir to make small lumps. Cool, add 1 egg, flour and knead into a hard dough. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 10
For the filling, boil the chicken in salted water. It is best to take a fillet. Cool and chop finely. Divide the chechil into fine fibers, finely chop the feta cheese, and grate the hard cheese. Mix all ingredients.
Step 11
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out the layers from them. Put the filling on one, and cover it with the second and fasten the edges.
Step 12
Make small cuts in the middle of the cake. Cover the dough with an egg and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. As soon as the dough is browned, the cake is ready.
