The combination of fish and sweet and sour aromatic sauce with the addition of strawberries is unusual, but very tasty. Such a dish does not require much time to prepare, it can be served on any festive table, romantic or family dinner.
It is necessary
- - fillet of dense white fish 600 g;
- - seasoning for fish;
- - greens of arugula, dill;
- - pepper, salt.
- For the sauce
- - strawberries 200 g;
- - Dijon mustard;
- - mint 4-6 branches;
- - red pepper 1/4 pod;
- - lemon juice 1 tbsp;
- - sugar 1/2 tbsp;
- - olive oil;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the strawberries, dry, remove the tails. Leave a few berries for decoration, cut the rest into small cubes. Wash, dry and chop the mint. Peel the chili and chop finely.
Step 2
In a small container, combine strawberries, Dijon mustard, chili peppers, mint, olive oil, lemon juice and sugar, stir. Season with pepper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the fish fillets, cut into portions, dry slightly. Then grease the pieces of fish with olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning for fish, salt and stir.
Step 4
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 5
Put the fish on a platter, pour the strawberry sauce over it. Garnish with arugula, dill, mint and strawberries.
