To prepare this pleasant dessert for tea, you will need:

- milk - 3 tbsp. spoons;

- rum - 1 tsp;

- baking powder - 1 tsp;

- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;

- eggs - 3 pieces;

- cocoa - 1 tbsp. the spoon;

- wheat flour - 4-5 tbsp. heaped spoons;

- butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;

- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;

- nuts - hazelnuts - 1 glass;

- sugar for cream - 150 grams;

- sour cream for cream - 150 ml;

- canned pineapples - 100 grams;

- butter (for glaze) - 1 tbsp. the spoon;

- dark chocolate - 1 bar.

First you need to pour granulated sugar into a bowl and add vanilla sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder to it, stir the mixture. Then you should drive raw eggs into the resulting mixture and grind everything thoroughly. Add a teaspoon of rum or a few drops of rum essence to the dough, pour in slightly warmed milk, add flour and melted butter, stir the mixture. You should have a dough with the consistency of thick sour cream.

Next, you will need a special silicone mold for baking the biscuit in the microwave. The mold should be greased with vegetable (preferably corn) oil and then filled with batter. In no case fill the form to the very edges, as the sponge cake will rise quite strongly when baking.

Place the dough pan in the microwave, bake it for only 5 minutes. Then divide the biscuit into two layers. Place the bottom layer on a cake dish. Cut the second layer into cubes and mix with sour cream.

For the cream, mix sugar and sour cream in a mixer (all - 150 grams each). Then chop the nuts - hazelnuts, grate the dark chocolate and add both ingredients to the sour cream mass, mix the resulting cream and combine it with the chopped biscuit cubes.

Open a can of canned pineapples, drain the juice. Then cut the pineapples into thin slices and spread them over the first layer of biscuit that is on your platter. Spread the sour cream and nut cream on top. Smooth out the cream layer.

Break the remaining chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath, add one spoonful of butter to it. Mix everything well until smooth and pour over the entire surface of the cake with this icing.

There are simple cake recipes that are easy enough to make, but take some time to soak or harden. An example is cakes made from ready-made waffle or biscuit cakes. They do not require baking, but they need a high-quality and tasty cream.

Cream for ready-made cakes

In order to prepare the cream for a simple cake, you need to take:

- condensed milk - 1 can;

- butter - 200 grams;

- walnuts (crushed) - 1 glass.

You will need to pre-soften the butter at room temperature, and the crushed walnuts should be lightly fried in a pan without oil. After that, using a mixer, beat the cream of softened butter, condensed milk and nuts. Thoroughly coat the cakes and the top of the cake with the resulting mass, leave the dessert for several hours to soak in a cool place.

You will need the following products:

- Cracker cookies - 400 grams;

- bananas - 3-4 fruits;

- sour cream - 500 grams;

- sugar - 1 glass;
